Breathing Life Back into Lost Data
The sudden loss of critical dataβwhether it's decades of proprietary research, massive financial databases, or irreplaceable client recordsβis one of the most stressful events an organization can endure. Despite the ubiquity of cloud backups, failures happen. Backup drives corrupt, RAID arrays suffer multi-disk failures, and highly sophisticated ransomware strains increasingly target and delete backup repositories before encrypting the primary data.
When you are staring at a blank screen or a ransom note, standard IT support is rarely sufficient. Commercial data recovery software often makes the problem worse, inadvertently overwriting the very data you are trying to save, or destroying a failing hard drive's fragile read/write heads by forcing it to perform heavy scans.
Cyberen Technologies houses a world-class data recovery lab. Our specialized engineers utilize Class 100 Cleanrooms for physical drive repairs and proprietary software algorithms for logical extraction. We have successfully recovered terabytes of data from fire-damaged servers, water-logged drives, and complex virtual machine (VM) environments. We understand that your business continuity relies on this data, and we treat every recovery operation with the urgency and precision it demands.
Comprehensive Recovery Capabilities
Ransomware Decryption & Reversal
Paying a ransom is never a guarantee that you will get your data back. Our reverse engineers look for flaws in the attacker's cryptographic implementation to write custom decryptors, or utilize advanced file carving to recover unencrypted shadow copies.
Physical Hardware & RAID Recovery
Inside our ISO 5 / Class 100 Cleanroom, our hardware engineers safely disassemble damaged drives, swap out failed donor parts, and image the raw data. We specialize in rebuilding complex, degraded RAID 5, 6, and 10 arrays.
SSD, NVMe & Flash Memory Recovery
Solid State Drives (SSDs) and flash memory pose unique recovery challenges. Our engineers utilize 'chip-off' recovery techniques, desoldering the memory chips to read the raw data directly from the NAND gates.
Logical File Carving & Database Repair
We use advanced "file carving" techniques to scan the raw hexadecimal data of the drive to rebuild deleted documents and specialize in repairing massive, corrupted SQL and Exchange databases.
Deep System Reconstruction
Our proprietary algorithms have successfully bypassed the logical corruption, actively restoring mission-critical databases and encrypted vaults.
Our 'No Data, No Charge' Guarantee
We understand the anxiety of data loss. Our process is fully transparent, and we do not charge a recovery fee unless we successfully retrieve the target data you specified.
Free Evaluation
Send us your damaged media. Our engineers will perform a non-destructive evaluation in our lab.
Firm Quote
We provide a guaranteed, flat-rate price quote and a list of recoverable files before you commit.
Extraction
Upon approval, we repair the hardware in our cleanroom and extract the data to secure servers.
Secure Return
Your recovered data is encrypted and returned to you on a brand new, healthy external hard drive.
Critical Advice for Data Loss Situations
When a hard drive fails or a server goes down, the actions taken in the first few minutes will dictate whether the data is recoverable. The most common cause of permanent data loss is not the initial failure, but the subsequent attempts by users or inexperienced IT staff to "fix" the problem.
If a drive is making clicking, grinding, or buzzing noises, immediately power it down. These sounds indicate a mechanical failure. The read/write heads, which normally float nanometers above the spinning magnetic platters, have crashed. Leaving the drive powered on causes these heads to violently scratch the platters, physically grinding away the magnetic coating that holds your data. Once the platter is scratched, the data in that specific area is gone forever.
Never install recovery software on the drive you are trying to recover. If you accidentally delete a file, the operating system frees up the space. If you then download and install a recovery tool onto that same drive, the installation files will overwrite the very deleted files you are trying to rescue.
Finally, if a RAID array fails, do not attempt a rebuild unless you are absolutely certain of the disk order and the state of the parity data. A botched RAID rebuild will scramble the data across all the drives, turning a simple recovery job into a complex, highly expensive logical nightmare. Trust the professionals at Cyberen Technologies to handle your most sensitive and critical data recoveries.
Stop Using the Damaged Drive!
Continued use of a failing drive or a compromised server can permanently destroy your data. Power it down immediately and contact our cleanroom recovery experts to maximize your chances of a full restoration.
